I took my Civic in last week for a routine oil change with an appt. That turned out to be a good idea as they were very busy. the gentleman who checked me in and out was very nice and personable even though he was swamped. And the added bonus was that it was my free visit as I use their punch card faithfully.

I had a good experience with MarkleyHonda . They were willing to work with my husband and I in procuring an auto loan/ They even "saved" the vehicle we wanted to look at while my husband made a 3 hour drive to get to the dealership. I’ve found my service advisor!!! I came in for my third oil change and 15,000 mile service on my CRV. I made the appointment with Kevin Townsend, on a recommendation. I couldn’t have been happier with the experience! Kevin was cheerful, friendly, and courteous - as well as being extremely knowledgeable about the mechanics of my car. The folks at Markley Service Center are always courteous and professional. They never appear to be ''upselling" me and I really appreciate that. I have purchased two Hondas through them. I have been pleased with the cars, but I'm even more pleased with the people who sold them to me and keep them in great shape. Their employees are so kind and pleasant. It always feels good to go there.
