After spending days trying to make a deal on a Ford Escape at the local Loveland and Fort Collins Ford dealerships, we finally walked away. I would definitely give this Honda dealership "5-Stars" except for one thing. Their prices for regular maintenance/repairs is just too high! For example, when I needed to replace break pads, I was able to get it done at Les Schawb for a fraction of what Honda wanted and it's been like that for many of the routine maintenance items that needed to be done in the 6 years I owned my CRV. Markey Motors is the very best dealership I have ever dealt with. We bought our CRV from them 4 years ago and they have taken great care of it when I have brought it in for routine servicing and oil changes. Hats off to the techies and mechanics!! The staff I have dealt face to face with are personable, courteous, efficient, thorough, very knowledgeable and downright great folks to work with. Had not been to Markley in the year we had moved to Ft. Collins. Took the car in for new rear brake pads and some needed scheduled maintenance. Dropped the car off and in under 3 hours, done. They even washed my vehicle. The people who I checked in with and out were really nice and efficient. Service was done quickly and well. I also felt their prices were very fair. They will be by goto Honda dealer from now on.
Great service by the tech at the counter and always feel like I don't have to worry about my car service when I leave there. They take good care of me. Thank you.
