I recently had my car serviced. at Markley. I was quoted $63 for the job, received a call that it would be $208, and when we picked it up, we were charged $224.25. When we got home, I looked at my bill and there was a TOTAL MISC CHG of 25.20. Molly at Markley emailed me and I asked about the charge. She called and explained that it was "a shop charge for items used to complete the job." She said she would have someone call me to better explain what this charge is. Still waiting for the call.
