I've always felt that a dealership is only as good as their service department, and Markley's certainly confirms my feelings --it is the best! The service staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. Shuttle service is offered if needed and the lounge/waiting area is clean and comfortable with drinks and treats.
Their service is high quality, the staff is attentive, and they keep me informed if they find anything we did not anticipate. The waiting area is very clean and comfortable.

Brought my vehicle in for an oil change and was in and out in 45 minutes. Matt, my service adviser, also informed me that my brakes needed inspecting which he did while the oil was being changed. Setting up an appointment through their online portal was tricky, so I called them instead and they took care of me right away.
