He's very thorough. To the point. Was completely satisfied with my ER visit Tuesday, even when I grew impatient to break out and get home, he reminded me how most visits are much longer than mine had been. St. Vincent's Birmingham is always my hospital of choice.
This Doctor discharged my husband from the ER after being there for 7 hours in agonizing pain with no mobility of his own whatsoever. His primary care doctor had him admitted to the hospital immediately after seeing the condition he was in. He has been diagnosed with Guillain Barre syndrome. He NEVER should have been released from his initial visit to the ER.
If I could give zero stars I would, the most unprofessional human I’ve came in contact with. Does not want to listen to your issues he just wants to think he knows it all and does not run appropriate testing. Being a nurse I know how to advocate for myself but someone who doesn’t know could be in big trouble with him.
Discovered my wife's mother had a fractured hip that at least 2 other doctors missed. 4 ER trips until it was found by Dr. Markland.
