Markham Nature Park and Arboretum is a beautiful 17 acre swath of trees, meadows and gardens filled with plants from the rare regions of the world with climates like ours. The park also includes a nursery that is open for plant sales on Tuesdays from 9 noon and on select weekend days. Beautiful little escape in the city
Lived here most of my life and never heard of this place before today! Beautiful nature area with a Creek (in the wet season). My son loved playing in the dry creek bed.

One of the absolute gems of Concord. Mother nature at its best
I’ve walked through this park many a time, and it’s often quiet. There’s no play ground or anything to bring noise, just a quiet river and flowers for days.
