Eric has been amazing every step of the way. He was honest, completely transparent and went out of his way for us. Buying a home can be such a stressful process, but he walked us through it every step of the way and made it a much more simple process. Eric helped us find the perfect first home and it took some time but we made it. He was very patient, told us exactly everything we needed to hear and at the end of the day, he found us our first home. If it wasn’t for him and his coma it, we’d still be lost and no idea what direction to go in. If you’re looking for someone who puts the time in, cares about his clients and wanting to build a relationship with someone, this is the guy and the company to do it with! 10/5 stars awarded!

We can only say positive things about Eric. He did a fantastic job to help us find our new home. He is very reliable, professional and an expert in this field. The process of buying went smooth and quick! After we were looking unsuccessfully for a couple of months we contacted Eric and the next day he showed us two houses, one of which we liked so much that we put in an offer that night and it got accepted a couple hours later.
