This is a great Dental provider, three of my kids, my wife and myself have used them multiple times. Not sure what is up with the low star reviews but the people are excellent, the Dentists are top notch. My son and I both have had oral surgery and their oral surgeon (comes a couple times a month did an excellent job. Thank you everyone at Marketplace!
Stay away from this place. While the staff may look nice and welcoming, they will recommend procedures you do not need and they will try to charge you more than contractually agreed. Do not let them to keep your credit card on file. They may use it to charge you without your approval, even if you are not on a recurring payment plan. Been going for awhile figured I learn but I didn't they did 3 crowns and all 3 went bad the last one just a few months ago I had a temp filling until I could afford the crown well it cracked and broke that killed about 500.00 finally paid off and the rest broke so now just will have the tooth pulled what's left. Funny I had 3 root canals done back in 79 on my 3 lower front teeth do to an a accident they finally went bad about 30 years later. Proves that they don't do things like they use too. I was very anxious and nervous going in to my appt. The staff made me feel comfortable and talked me through every bit of the process. I left there feeling taken care of. Thank you.
I had some trouble with insurance and had amazing help and customer service. I got to talk to the Operations Manager as well, who was busy, but took time out to talk to me. Everyone was very nice and helped me through my issues to get my oral surgery appointment done the very next day!
