I had great experiences during each of my several appointments at Marketplace Dental during the year. Dr. Dickmann was absolutely top-notch. She's both charming and professional and did some ace dental work, which included for me a couple of crowns. I left the office each time feeling it had been a really enjoyable experience, which is something I would never have said in the past about going to the dentist. The caring staff from front desk to dentist and everyone in between make it an enjoyable experience.
At first, everyone seems really nice. We were told our visits would be covered by insurance, but now they are sending me to collections for something they did that was apparently not covered. When asked if we want/need Xrays, etc: I said: "only if it's covered by insurance." They did what they did, now they say I owe out of pocket. Also, they told my husband he needed to pay extra for deep cleaning, he left, got a second opinion and it turns out he DOES NOT need to pay out of pocket for higher-priced cleanings. Had a cleaning with the new hygienist Ashley, and she is wonderful! Very gentle, easy to talk with and made it an enjoyable visit. Front office check in was easy and everyone was so nice, they were transparent on my charges before we got started. 5 star experience!
