Great place to dine, reasonably priced and great service

This was our favorite place. The quality of food has greatly declined. Pork chop surrounded by thick fat, with what they called polenta that seemed like mushroom soup was added to it and made into a thicker sauce $30 entree. Calamari appetizer, was more like squid crumbs. I ordered a pizza and requested extra crispy crust. The waitress assured me it would be crispy enough. Good food and a relaxing atmosphere!
Nice place and great service.
While eating here for the first time we were impressed with the service and staff. Mid meal an elderly gentleman walked by our table in a hustle and we soon found his poop on the floor next to us , the staff handled it well and rather quickly , def a story to tell for years to come thanks market tavern for the good food and great service !
Procuitto and Arugula pizza is the best!
