Lived here 3 years and never had an issues with the property managers or properties
My boyfriend and I had viewed these apartments and the resident manager was really nice, told us it shouldn’t be a problem to be approved and said if we don’t get approved they would offer us a co signer or to pay more deposit which was no problem. I was trying to contact them everyday for about two weeks being consistently told that everything looked good and we should be approved. I got a call every other day because they don’t answer the phone that something else was needed for our application (which cost both of us $70) ... read more
