I have been going here for a couple of years trying to correct so many issues caused by my last dentist. I use to fear going to the dentist but now I love it! Just got my invisalign today and everyone in the office was more excited for me than I was. They are so caring and kind! Definetly highly recommended!
Did like at once but not anymore. Because they no longer excepting sooner care. My daughter had an appt going up and they cancelled it. Said if I still want to keep the appt that I would have to pay or if there was another insurance. I told the lady really...just cancel it. No apology or make arrangements on helping getting another dentist that they recommend.
Dr Hammond was so efficient and so gentle! She is a magician with shots! I barely felt anything! Love the staff! They make me feel like family!
Dentist is nice. That's the only good thing I can say about this place. Horrible, rude,unprofessional front desk worker's. All they want is your money. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I regret going there. Paid over $3000.00 and can't wear denture they made for me.
My dentist claremore is by far the best! Dr. Young and her staff are always so sweet and helpful. Determined to make the experience as positive as possible. They always set out to keep us as relaxed and comfortable as they can and go out of their way to make sure we are taken care of throughout our visit. All my children, myself and my husband love it here and will continue to go back for all our dental needs..
Ok that's it! We have been trying nicely for nearly 6 months now to get my husband's billing issue corrected!! Our insurance has paid and you continue to send inconsistent past due bills month after month! I have talked to Missy numerous times and last month it was Christy. both have assured me over and over again the issue was taken care of and every month, a new bill arrives to the contrary!
