Lived Here Over A Year - Would Recommend I've lived at MCC almost 2 years and have enjoyed it. The Property Management staff has great communication and flexible. Security has gone out of their way to help me with the parking garage. Maintenance is ON IT and actually fixes the root cause of an issue and doesn't it band aid it like other apartments I've lived in. The price is fair for the market especially to live downtown. Beautiful apartments Loved loving at Market City Center. My apartment was nice and I really enjoyed the outdoor rooftop terrace.
Horrible Customer Service Office staff, particularly Brittany, are rude and condescending. The units are pretty descent and the amenities are good but poor customer service tells me that they really don’t care about their tenants. It such a shame.
