Everybody was friendly , we dint even stay there , we where just there for bike rentals
A parking charge of $18 for a two-hour visit is a little excessive, don't you think? Particularly when you are also charging room guests for parking! Do you expect everyone to arrive by airplane, and you can hold them prisoner while they are staying there? How about AT LEAST posting your parking charges at the gate- but you'd probably get fewer visitors if you did. Twenty years ago, my wife and I had a large dinner party at Lowe's. There were a few hiccups in the service (maintenance drilling next to my room when my son was napping, botched room service order, tub that wasn't draining properly, and a room phone handset that wouldn't work) but the customer service was amazing! The staff was courteous, thoughtful, and did everything to rectify and compensate for the inconveniences. The room and common areas are clean, and the ammenaties are wonderful.
