Poor service, the reception at the hotel are either bad listeners or do not understand English. They overcharged me for the stay, which is disgusting, and because I had to leave to catch the return flight, could not discuss it with the manager. He has never replied to my e-mail. Never give them your visa card number, they cannot be trusted. By the way, it is not safe to stay there, the sockets in the room were cracked and unsafe to use. Great views, amenities, food, ambience and customer service. Plus they put spin bikes on the deck overlooking the harbor for the best spin ever
