Not a 4 star hotel service. Great amenities, but service and food quality very mediocre. We always felt like they want to nickel and dime us. For the price we have expected much more.

Am in a room with a very strong odor of disinfectant that looks out on the pool. After a long battle to get here, have discovered that they are playing a kiddie movie right outside of my room so that the young ones can watch it poolside from 8 pm on. At my request they turned the volume down from deafening to a dull roar. The property is sold out so they cannot move me.

If you are planning a meeting, this place ROCKS! The staff is personable, efficient, polite, kind, friendly, and professional! The sleeping rooms and grounds are beautiful!
