The apartments are nice They are older (1909) and relatively recently renovated. The windows are the original and quite drafty. The landlady was vwy ni e and spent lots of time with us. The main issue is the neighborhood which is quite industrial. We walked around the block and ran into two homeless guys living on the street a block away. It would be fine for a single guy but not for me.
