As a first time homebuyer, I expected that I would actually be able to meet my agent, have my keys at closing, and be advised about environmental hazards in the community that I was looking to purchase in. I was made to feel like a number and not a valued client. Communication was sub-par, especially two weeks after the closing when there were surprise problems with the house.
