Dr. Weems is great but his staff sucks. They have the nastiest attitudes ever. I wish I could drill a hole in one of their mouths. I’ve sent several people to him in the past but NEVER again

they don’t give out referrals to the orthodontist .. these kids running around here with gaps , overbites , & other worst things & these parents trusting this dentist to take care of their children teeth .

Called on 2/10/20 around 10a.m. to discuss an appointment, to then be put on hold immediately without being able to say one word. Front desk was very rude and unprofessional and when I asked to speak with a supervisor her response was, ok. I then asked to speak with the doctor and she said he was busy with a patient. I said I’ll hold and we disconnected after holding for 10 min. She kept asking for my name and I was reluctant to give it in fear of mistreatment. This the only dentist in Greenwood Ms that will not tell you if your child needs braces. I have 2 kids & i know for a fact that my kids needs braces but it’s like this dentist won’t tell you if your child needs braces unless your child ask & not all of them will ask because they are shy. If you look at all the kids that go to this dentist most of them have gaps & I feel that kids should get braces for any gap starting at the age of 10. Dr. Weems does have the skill but his staff members are extremely rude and rough with the patients, especially the staff member Katie. She messed up 4 times top and bottom with my dentures and ignored my inquiries every time. When she was forcing the dentures into the top of my mouth, she was so rough it made me gag and tear up 3 TIMES. 3. Not only that, she had messed up my bottom dentures 4 times and waited 2 weeks later to tell me I had to go back in to take another. This is just ridiculous!

I visited Dr.Weems office this morning it was my first time going he did a great job a d his office staff was nice and friendly.I would definitely recommend him to friends and family. Wow great dentist.
