Dr. Collins is one of the best dentists in CA! I've been his patient for last 12 months. He is professional, experienced and gentle. I'd like to recommend his services to everyone.
Dr. Mark Collins was great! Very informative and gentle when working on your teeth.
I love this Dental Office from the receptionist to the hygienest to Dr. Collins himself. I've been a patient since 2003 and even though I come in every 6 months for a cleaning, the personal connection is still there. The office is located very close to my work and many of my coworkers after hearing my rave reviews of this office decided to become a patient as well. If I didn't move down to Chula Vista, I would have definitely remained as a patient.
This doctor has a nice facility but provides rather poor quality service. I went to him to do the crown on my front tooth. He convinced me I need to exchange all 4 front crowns which I agreed to do. When crowns arrived 1 of the crowns didn't seem to fit very well but was installed anyway. After 2 month the crown has cracked. the doctor agreed to patch it with some type of filling but the filling fell out after a few days. He refused to replaced the crown. I went to another doctor which replaced the broken crown.
What a wonderful, positive, painless experience.This is the best office I've ever been in.Keep up the great work!
Dr.Collins is fantastic! I had a complete smile makeover.He did the procedure with pill sedation...what a great experience.I had 6 veneers pain free. Dr.Collins' staff are very caring and nice also. I used to hate going to the dentist, but Dr.Collins and his staff have totally won me over!
I WOULD NOT RECOMMENT HIS DENTIST. first, he was pushing for the services that I didn't need. (ex: a device to prevent teeth grinding whereas I don't grind my teeth). second, the quality of the job was very low. the crown he made broke after a few months and he REFUSED to fix it. he put in the PATCH that fell off after a few days. He refused to discuss it and suddenly my treatment charts were not available(put away for storage).
