I wouldn’t live there is THEY paid ME!!! Unless it’s way away from the entrance gate!!! The entrance gait is similar to a TRAIN station and the cars FLY over the tracts & it sounds like a FREIGHT TRAIN coming through your home, 24/7/365!!! Oh hell no. I told my friend that for $1350 a month, I could find her a 3 bedroom HOME to rent without the NOISE from the TRAINS, AND with a safer area (knowing their neighbors)...this is not only a money eater, you can’t even get a good nights REST in that place!!! Poor customer service and nearly zero communications with tenants.
Gated , pool , family oriented lots of parking manager is very nice
Nice location, amenities and staff. Good size living rooms and bedrooms
