Since there is only one other review, I wanted to make this a detailed one and everyone can decide for themselves what kind of a place mark twain apartments is. 1. To address the other reviewer's concerns about rodents and bugs, I would like to mention that about the second day that I moved into the apartment, I saw a cockroach. We called Tom immediately and he took care of the problem and gave me a spray to keep the bugs away. I was worried another bug would show up for awhile, but they never did. This place is close to campus, and the manager Tom is very helpful. Other than that, everything else has been very very terrible. I have to deal with mice, cockroaches and ants almost on a daily basis...
