Took our Rv to this place for body damage from a tire blow out. Had arranged a time to be seen by email. Shop manager Mr Happy came out and looked at damage shot a couple of pics and then had me go inside to get my information?? After a week I sent him an email expressing how unhappy I was that they never even bothered to get back to me with an estimate. It is hard to put into words what makes a great RV dealership, but we have never had a more pleasurable buying experience than at Mark Tuggle RV!
