RecommendedOnly had my Itasca Sunstar 35E for 1 1/2 years and finally decided to add a tow kit to my fun! I found Mark Tuggle RV Center, called and got a quote then had to delay the install for a month but Bill in service got me going (with help from their excellent technical crew). When camping at Lake Lanier our plug got wet and blew the automatic transfer switch and GFI leaving us with no power. The people at Mark Tuggle RV Center were so wonderful! They came out and replaced both and we were able to continue on our 4 month trip. Thank you so very much! Would highly recommend them.
We cannot say enough good things about Mark Tuggle RV! It is a true family! From the moment we walked in Mark, Angie, and the rest of the crew took excellent care of us. We looked at all of our choices and never felt any pressure at all. They talked with us through everything! The buying process was simple and easy. We were walked through every aspect of our trailer and they made sure we were comfortable with everything before we left! We will be lifetime customers!!!
