It’s to much to do a job and he gives no more medicine for no one he said he can do what he wants and can’t do more then one thing at a time 7years I’m sick as hell had to find another doctor he’s doing this to everyone my other Hal very sick as you can be in his office fall out and instead of giving your meds he makes you come back so that 2 visits and then he will give you your meds I’m tired of they will tell you we keep you sick so you will keep coming back I’m so done and this is truth

Dr. Testa is fine, but his supporting staff, specifically his schedulers and receptionists lack basic customer service etiquette. There will be about a 40% chance they will even answer the phone when you try calling the office, and then when they do it’s as if you’re inconveniencing them when it’s their very job to assist you in scheduling appointments and whatever else you may need. I have been going to Dr. Testa for several years. He really listens to your concerns. He is a good and kind doctor.
