I have been going to Dr. Testa for several years. He really listens to your concerns. He is a good and kind doctor.
Office staff horrible and unprofessional. Do better!
Jenny was very helpful this office in general, nobody ever pulled me back or answered my phone's or were accepting new patients.They took my phone call right away.And got right back to me when I had an emergency
I was fine when I arrived for my 1:00 appointment. However, after sitting in the small overcrowded waiting area for 2 full hours I was finally seen. Two days later I developed a cold from which I still have not fully recovered. Coincidence? Maybe. But nobody should have to wait that long to be seen for an appointment. The exam felt rushed and incomplete. This experience was typical and not a rare occurence.
