I'm giving a 3 star not for Doctor Osterman, love him, but because I had tried to make an appointment to see him for things he has treated me for and since I have not seen him or had to see him in 3 years they tell me I am no longer a patient of his?????? They also tell me he is not taking new patients even though I'm NOT a new patient. Now I am being sent to someone else who doesn't know my case. I'm not happy at all about this!!!!!!!!
