I have been using Dr. Sumida for years, he meets all my orthopedic needs. He and his staff are patient oriented, always kind and has the time you need to answer problems. I am now recovering from foot surgery by Dr. Sumida and wouldn't have dreamed of seeing anyone else. I am amazed that as busy as he his, he takes his time and exceeds my expectations, every time. I saw my family Dr. on Monday and got in to see Dr. Sumida on Friday the same week ! He was relaxed, did not hurry me.

I thought he was a very good dr. Until he put me through 3 weeks of therapy and a 10 cc shot in my hip which was useless. I got a second opinion and now have a total hip replacement and doing well. Dr. Sumida told me my hip was normal for someone my age. He cost me lots of extra pain and money. I would not recommended him.
