I have given Mark Spain’s group many opportunities to make things right before writing this bad review. After one of their agents, Preston Mitchell, was clearly negligent in fulfilling his duties as our agent, we ended up having to put in thousands of dollars to correct problems that were discovered with our house. Some of those problem were found during the inspection and were already agreed to be fixed by the seller. Preston assured my husband and I all was taken care of correctly before closing and we chose to trust him. ... read more
