I was very disappointed with Mark Spain Real Estate.....they only showed my home 5 times in 4 months and when the contract ran out I didnt even receive a call to relist the home or a thank you. Never dealt with a company like them before. I am guessing they are just wanting customers that take the guaranteed offers.
