One of the WORST experiences I've ever had - with a doctor or a business. They left me a message before my appointment (which I still have) to say they had all my medical records but when I arrived they said they did not have them. When I questioned the receptionist/nurse, she insisted my other doctor told them I refused to sign a waiver - which of course was not true. She told me "this isn't my problem." After reading several unsatisfactory reviews, I can't believe they are referring to the same Dr. Shah. I had the most satisfactory experience with him performing knee replacement surgery. My experience was excellent from the time of my consultation until post surgery.
He’s a great and caring doctor.His staff is also top notch.Been going to him for years.Highly recommended.
Just came home from my colonoscopy...and am happy to share my experience with Dr.Sapienza, the nurses, the anesthesiologist, the staff , and the facility....ALL EXCELLENT! They were very professional and knowledgeable, while at the same time, quite warm and friendly being sure you were informed and at ease! They truly deserve the 5 star rating!
I've seen two doctors since seeing this quack. This shmuck only wants to do surgery for the bucks. If otherwise you're wasting his time. Hi see a real doctor. You're just an investment to him. Seek help from so many others. You won't regret it.
Dr. Sapienza's level of professionalism is by far one of the best I have experienced. From the moment I arrived at the Center, he and his staff explained everything I needed to know clearly. His kind words calmed my nerves, and helped me prepare for my procedure, which went very well. I highly recommended Dr. Sapienza and his awesome staff.
This was my first time getting a colonoscopy procedure. I was very anxious not knowing what to expect. To my surprised I was so moved by how nice everybody was in this office.
