my experience with recent visit was above and beyond my expectations. The team is working literally hand to hand from the front desk to the discharging point. The medical staff and the doctors are highly professional and make everything for you to feel comfortable. Highly recommend Dr.Mark Sapienza and the Northern NJ Center for Advanced Endoscopy facility.
I visited Dr. Sapienza for a procedure. He explained everything before and after the procedure fully. He listens to me and is an extremely thorough and caring doctor. Dr. Sapienza also calls back his patients
This was my first doctor appointment since the pandemic. From the time I walked in they made me feel at ease. Every one in I interacted with was very courteous and professional and explained everything to me to make me feel comfortable.

I'm only giving her one star because I can't give her zero. This woman needs to learn manners. She doesn't have any censor and dosen't take responsibility for her actions. This woman is the most inconsiderate nincompoop ever. She made my mom cry right when she came home. Instead of speaking to the patient as she should, she spoke to her daughter(me) as if my mother was an idiot or invisible, neither of which she is. This woman needs to have her license revoked!!! excellent visit....but waited 45 minutes in waiting room
First time with Dr. Sapienza. Excellent doctor. Made me feel very comfortable about the procedure. Went very well. Highly recommend this doctor.
