Dr. Sapienza and his efficient support staff combine to make consultation, procedure, follow through, etc., a thoroughly positive experience.
The place/atmosphere is clean, comfortable, nice and state of the art. The staff are respectful courteous and knowledgeable.
Dr. Sapienza gave me confidence in his knowledge and thoroughness of care. He explained before the colonoscopy / endoscopy what he'd be doing, and told me afterwards what he found, what he did, and why. He also showed patience and compassion for my personal needs, even the little things to make me comfortable before and after the procedure. I will certainly return to Dr. Sapienza the next time I need such a procedure.

Dr. Sapienza is a phenomenal doctor with one of the best teams in the business. Visited his outpatient facility in Englewood Cliffs and everyone was so nice and took the time to explain everything and keep me at ease. Dr. Sapienza truly cares for all of his patients and puts great detail into his work. I will be going to him for all my future needs.
Dr. Sapienza was cordial, informative and thorough.Getting the staff to call in and follow up with CVS for the prep solution Trilyte was impossible as CVS does not carry it, another prep solution was recommended by the Pharmacist, GaviLyte _G which resulted in sub-optimal prep. Very frustrating to go though this process without better staff help and guidance.
