Works like clockwork. Well-oiled machine for facility, front office, medical team. Dr Sapienza is a star - no wonder he is beloved by Bergen County residents.
I’ve been here 3 times for a colonoscopy. It’s always the same. Always greeted by a noticeably considerate receptionist. This is followed by a nurse who is always relaxed, considerate and kind. Then the anesthesiologist and the rest of the team come in and rock it. Meanwhile Dr. Sapienza checks in before procedure. Easily the worst doctor I’ve ever met with. Rolled his eyes multiple times after I asked questions. Acted like he had no time for me. No way I’d let him perform surgery on me. Good luck!

Dr. Sapieza, made me a colonoscopy it was great, I did not feel any thing, he has an angel hand.
Having a procedure scheduled at Dr Sapienza's office is nothing to get worried about. Service is good, staff is friendly, scheduling is on time and the place is very clean.
Dr. Sapienza and his staff were very polite and very professional... The doctor and his staff were careful to explain what happens before and after the procedure... The only change I recommend is their Artificial Intelligence (AI) that answers their phones should allow people to reach those they wish to speak or leave them a message. This was very difficult for me...
