My sister had an appointment with this doctor and came home in tears, after his only recommendation for relief was to "try acupuncture". Prior to seeing him, she was diagnosed with stenosis, degenerative disc disease, and several other issues including a herniated disc. I booked with Dr. Santman since he had quick availability. I can now see why he was available…. I would not recommend him to anyone seeking help with their medical conditions.

I would give 0 stars if I could. It was clear this Dr. Santman did not look at my MRI imaging and was so rude to me. He repeatedly told me “there is nothing wrong with your neck”, while shaking me with his hands on my shoulders. I was mortified and still have ptsd from this appt. Actually there was something wrong with my neck and I needed an ACDF surgery for a few different serious neck issues. Do not go to this doctor under any circumstance.

I am beyond dissatisfied and disgusted with this office and doctor. My 73 year old mother had surgery on her lower back with Dr. Santman. She went to rehab after surgery. No communication from the doctor or office. My mother has had severe and excruciating pain in her leg, foot and toe since surgery. She had to call Their office to schedule a 2 week post op appointment. She has called everyday twice a day with no return call. If I could give zero stars I would. This office is completely unprofessional, completely unacceptable unaccountable, and has complete lack of empathy. This office rescheduled our appointment 30 days out literally 30 mins before the appointment time. We showed up at the office anyways and the office manager, a completely inconsiderate employee, Shannette Hoskins client revision why the appointment was rescheduled yet refused to take any accountability or responsibility and do anything to fix the issue...
