Having had neck pain for several years, and visits to a variety of specialists for pain relief, I was finally referred here. I tried everything in the past: physical therapy, dry needling, massage, and medication. The Active Release Technique has been the ONLY thing that has helped. I am extremely grateful to all the doctors at Dr Mark Kemenosh and Associates! They are all excellent.
I have had a never ending hip pain for the last 5 years; not debilitating, just really annoying. I have been to several different doctors, chiropractors, PT, had cortisone shots, the list goes on. After my initial visit and ART session, I was stunned! That night was the first time, in a very long time, that I wasn't awaken with pain. ART has also helped with pain in my shoulder and hands. Dr. Kemenosh's group is amazing! I had a deep bone bruise on my heel and I was in pain for 2 months. Finally, I called for an appointment and in 3 sessions(6 days) I was back to 100%. I highly recommend this group!
