I had a very good experience with Dr. Butler. He us very knowledgeable. Also, he was thorough in explaining my knee injury and course of recovery. I would highly recommend Dr. Butler.
Dr. Butler is attentive, thorough, brilliant.
Easy to schedule. Listened and recommended what to do next, then did it. Still looking for more relief but he is careful and conservative in treatment.
Dr. Butler was the coldest, and least helpful doctor I have EVER seen. I saw him February 2023 for two issues: 1. He did a quick evaluation of my shoulder and said “this isn’t a big deal”. That’s it. No recommendations for physical therapy, no advice on what to do if it gets worse, no advice on what NOT to do so it didn’t get worse. To no one’s surprise, it got much, much worse. My experience with Dr. Butler was disappointing. He didn’t seem to listen to me and seemed to belittle my situation. Two days after my appointment with him I ended up going to another orthopedic for a second opinion and found satisfaction diagnosis and treatment in that visit.
On a personal level he is one of the best Drs. I've ever used. But personality doesn't fix you when you're broken. I owe 100% of my recovery to Dr Butler. I was injured pretty badly. By chance I got him as my Dr and I dread thinking how I would be today if I got a a Dr with lesser skill than him.
I went for knee pain and he was very rushed and totally uninterested in any discussion.
Horrible. He did not take his time at all and did not seem very concerned. I was in there for all of 10-15 minutes, showing how little to no effort he put in. I would not recommend going to him.
Dr. Butler took time to listen to my concerns and address options. I did not feel rushed and was comfortable with his assessment and suggestions.
