The place was neat and quiet. I worked from home so it was convenient. However, you can be duped by the policies. When I moved in I asked Ms Kim about the stipulations with breaking the contract. She said all I needed to do was give her 30 days notice. The contract also said to give them 30 days notice. In the end the complex took my entire deposit and chumped up fees. They pretend to be nice but watch out for them. I left May 12, she told me someone was moving in May 30. Yet she charged me for 10 days of June. I did a deep ... read more

The place is very tidy, including the parking lot. Like that the hospital is within walking distance. The only complaints that I have is the 1 bedroom apt. kitchen is unbearably tiny, and it only has a 1 sided sink, making it very hard to do dishes. The other thing that could be improved is to put an electrical outlet in the bathroom. The place has multiple washers and dryers on site that can take credit cards. Very updated and nice.
I haven’t move yet but I can’t wait until it happens. I heard great things about the apartments!!!
