I highly recommend Dr. Rogovin. Our family has been going to him for years. His office went through some staff changes a couple of years ago when he changed groups, but his MA Sandy is amazing and always helpful too. I have never had a doctor spend so much time with me. Great doctor!
Went today to get established. Sat from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm to only never get my prescription. Even called multiple times to have it put it. That never happened. Not a family environment. This practice moves at it's own pace. Worst doctor around.
The office is run very poorly, the left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing. As a result, the wait times are excessive and the staff is nasty.
Dr. Rogovin has been our family doctor for many many years! He will take what ever time is needed on your visit to make sure you receive the best care possible. You may have to wait in the waiting room due to this but he is well worth the wait. He doesn’t treat you like a number and rush you out. Thank you Dr. Rogovin! Our family loves you!
Dr. Mark has been my primary care physician for over 20 years. He is a caring, professional who seems genuinely interested in my health and well being. He has given me his personal cell number a number of times and asked me to call him directly with any serious issues. After all this time, I feel we are friends and I trust him with my health. His nurse Keri has always gone above and beyond with me and always straightens out any snafu's with my medications. I highly recommend Dr. Mark Rogovin!
1:15 min wait for 5 min exam. My initial encounter with the Nurse who took my vitals was very positive. However, after playing musical rooms and sitting in the 2nd room for 45 mins I told the nurse I was going to reschedule. Then it turned ugly. The nurse was absolutely nasty and loud, completely disrespectful. At some point she told me that it's Monday and they are busy and I'm just going to have to wait. This office has no regard for your time. They are not nice and only care about your money
The doctor and the staff are very nice and knowledgeable. They treat you with respect not just a number.
Office was very professional the staff is very friendly and outgoing. I never have a problem getting an appointment. The medical assistant always calls me with my results. Dr. Rogovin was very friendly and helped me with my issues.
1. dysfunctional front office 2. many office mistakes 3. very long wait time to see the Dr. 4. nothing to do while waiting...no reading material 5. phones are often not answered 6. phone message says office open 'til 5 yet no one answers at 4:30. 7. Too many patients scheduled in a day 8. MOST staff unfriendly 9. Talking to office manager is a waste of time.
