His office staff is absolutely horrible. Run, don't walk, away.
At 70yrs old I have been to a lot of doctors, most of them recently and Dr Rogovin is hands-down the best I've been to. He shows a genuine interest in my well being, probes to find what issues I may be having and has provided the best advice and recommendations for what troubles me. He shows compassion is friendly, outgoing and has an excellent staff as well. I cannot say enough great things about him and I would highly recommend hi.
Dr. Rogovin is very thorough and fine doctor. His staff is from hell. I'm waiting for a call back after 4 phone calls in 2 days and all I want to do is ask a question. They keep telling me to make an appointment when I just saw the doctor 3 days ago. This has happened before and I wrote the doctor in order to get a call back.

I terrible staff!! RUDE ~ both Amanda the receptionist and Sandy. Despite having my temperature checked, when I entered the office, I was asked to leave the office. Never did they ever ask me if I had a recent Covid test, which I had two days in a row prior to my initial visit, both tests were NEGATIVE. They also DO NOT follow through! I was told by the Dr (twice) that his staff would call me back, providing the name of a an allergist! Still Waiting!! I highly recommend Dr. Rogovin. Our family has been going to him for years. His office went through some staff changes a couple of years ago when he changed groups, but his MA Sandy is amazing and always helpful too. I have never had a doctor spend so much time with me. Great doctor!
Went today to get established. Sat from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm to only never get my prescription. Even called multiple times to have it put it. That never happened. Not a family environment. This practice moves at it's own pace. Worst doctor around.
The office is run very poorly, the left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing. As a result, the wait times are excessive and the staff is nasty.
Dr. Rogovin has been our family doctor for many many years! He will take what ever time is needed on your visit to make sure you receive the best care possible. You may have to wait in the waiting room due to this but he is well worth the wait. He doesn’t treat you like a number and rush you out. Thank you Dr. Rogovin! Our family loves you!
