Please avoid at all costs! Doctor is inflexible and unpleasant. It's his way or the highway. If you don't agree with his treatment plan or have a different opinion on how to proceed, he will retaliate against you by trying to damage your relationship with other providers. He works against his patients, not for them. Terrible doctor, avoid at all costs!

If you are looking for a professional staff and a caring and understanding doctor….this is the place to go. Dr. Rogovin listened to me like no other doctor has. He really cares about what is happening to you. I am sooooo glad I found this doctor …..it has changed my life for the better!

Visit was fine. Can't understand why the reception desk is in such disarray. Needed to make a quick change in an appointment and unable to speak with anyone. Easier to just cancel.

Dr. Rogovin USED TO BE a fantastic doctor. In fact, I credit him for saving my life by catching my prostate cancer early. Unfortunately, because of his RUDE, incompetent and horribly unattentive, and unprofessional office staff, I am seeking out another doctor immediately. I would not trust his care for even a pet hamster if I had to rely on his staff to follow up and perform even the smallest task correctly. At 70yrs old I have been to a lot of doctors, most of them recently and Dr Rogovin is hands-down the best I've been to. He shows a genuine interest in my well being, probes to find what issues I may be having and has provided the best advice and recommendations for what troubles me. He shows compassion is friendly, outgoing and has an excellent staff as well. I cannot say enough great things about him and I would highly recommend hi.

Dr. Rogovin is very thorough and fine doctor. His staff is from hell. I'm waiting for a call back after 4 phone calls in 2 days and all I want to do is ask a question. They keep telling me to make an appointment when I just saw the doctor 3 days ago. This has happened before and I wrote the doctor in order to get a call back.

Mark J Rogovin and Amanda HORRIBLE, RUDE and COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL .This is such an important & personal decision as choosing a doctor, people should be warned about the behavior and treatment given by employees at this practice. Staff clearly needs to be reminded they are not providing a charity. Patients are paying hard earned money to be provided professional and safe services. I terrible staff!! RUDE ~ both Amanda the receptionist and Sandy. Despite having my temperature checked, when I entered the office, I was asked to leave the office. Never did they ever ask me if I had a recent Covid test, which I had two days in a row prior to my initial visit, both tests were NEGATIVE. They also DO NOT follow through! I was told by the Dr (twice) that his staff would call me back, providing the name of a an allergist! Still Waiting!! I needed the Dr to fill out a medical clearance form and called the office... read more
