I knew Mark in college, as we both swam on the Pitt swim team. While the rest of us would go out to hang and eat, or just to goof around. But Mark was dedicated to learning and developing his doctor skills. I know he is a great doctor! He started being great back in college, and I appreciate how at times he demonstrated leadership and sympathy when necessary!

Dr. Winters kept asking me general questions and avoided addressing my specific issues. When I questioned his lack of concern he indicated that he thought I was being uncooperative.
Dr. Winters has been my primary care physician for 30-plus years. I would highly recommend him, his staff and TPMG. I hope he makes a full recovery from his accident and returns to the practice.
I admire and like Dr Winters & trust him completely! I am praying he goes back to the practice!
Usually on time. Reviews your chart. Prescribes & refills meds as needed. Thinks bloodwork is important to be followed regularly. Staff nice.
