Service dept is in need of an overhaul. I took my 2012 f150 in for work to correct a factory recall brake issue. I spoke with the service guy briefly on the phone close to quitting time to get a scope of the work being done. I took the truck in at 2 o'clock and the work wasn't complete so I left the truck there over night for them to finish the next day. No serious problems were discussed or disclosed during the call. Service personnel stated truck would be done in the morning and he would call when I could pickup my vehicle... read more
