The staff at Mark Porter Ford is always very friendly and they have a great Service department.
Everything went pretty smooth and for the most part was done with quality. I did have an issue with the new starter that was put on not working and the ground wire not even remotely tightened. Then one of the issues I had with cycling from Drive or Park into Reverse and getting a slamming was not addressed. I called and I am getting a new starter but in the end I’m still the one that had to remove diagnose and put another one on after already paying quite a bit to have it done.

Just had some service issues taken care of at Mark Porter Ford, Jackson, Ohio. Three of our four Fords were due oil changes. Scheduling was done conveniently for me, and the length of time quoted to me for the services to be done was almost precise. We bought two of our Fords from Mark Porter Ford in Jackson. We were treated well during the purchase process and the servicing. Great experience!!
Nice people to in service
We were looking for a newer car. Was thinking pre-owned, as there some extenuating credit circumstances. Gary Green got us approved for a brand new Ford Escape. So much more than we were hoping for!! Thank you!!!
