Great service department that goes the extra step to make things right! Several shops couldn’t figure out the electrical issues my van was having, but the service department at Mark Porter was able to figure it out and get the van back on the road.

We drove over 3 hours to become part of the Mark Porter family. Drew was amazing to deal with and we got just what we wanted. We had 3 young kids with us and it was still a great experience!! Tried to work with them. Would not keep me informed of the status of a write up or the vehicle it applied too. Very disappointed in the service provided. They were writing up a formal deal with a new trade in amount and told me they would have it to me first thing Monday morning so I could submit it to my bank.
