THE WORST HAIRCUT OF MY LIFE! – HORRIBLE!!!! I asked for a straight across blunt cut. I asked to cut 3 inches off the bottom. Apparently, they just do what they want. I lost 8 INCHES! I couldn't see what she was doing to stop her. Not only was the cut way, way, way too short but it was cut like a 2 year old did it. I was missing a chunk of hair in the back and the right side of my hair came to a point! It's too short to fix it so I have live with the embarrassment until it's long enough to hide in a pony tail. Natalia is a color genius – After having my highlights ruined so many times by trying to save money, I finally scheduled myself to see Natalia at Mark Pardo Aveda. She was recommended to me by a few co-workers. This girl knows what she is doing with color. She took my brassy,chunky, gross hair color and gave me beautiful blonde, honey, natural looking highlights and lowlights. My hair has never looked so good. She is expensive, but sooooo worth every penny! I now have to figure out how to fit this new addiction into my budge... read more

Mark Pardo-Sarah – I saw Sarah for a cut/color and I loved the experience from beginning to end! Very sweet, professional, and full of knowledge. They even called me a few days later to follow up on my services. I used to pay more for way less and I'm just so glad I found this place!

Love this salon! – Just started going to this place about 5 months ago and I have to say that I am impressed every time I go. I see Yvonne & Brianna for haircuts and lowlights and LOVE them both. I have also treated myself a few times to spa services and am now addicted to the Mini Facial- it is only $35 and is so relaxing. The entire staff here is so friendly and they are always offering to do little mini spa services while you are waiting. If you have not been to this place, you must try it!

Underpaid and Overcharged – People get what they pay for, but they don't pay their employees nearly what their worth!! I interviewed for a massage therapist position and they start out at $11-12 per hr!! Seriously!! Spend thousands of dollars going to school to be a licensed MT and get paid that!! NO THANK YOU!! I was so offended that once I heard that, the interview was pretty much over! They can afford to be "fancy" because they're making about $50 per hr based on what they pay their employee. How unprofessional.

its all an illusion there is no pampering/relaxing treatment other then the company given by your stylist – My salon experience was nothing but a hoax. Mark paints the illusion that he has trained his employees to be the best in customer service. Honestly I was very disappointed the front desk was beyond rude!! One in particular to avoid is the older lady who wears enough make-up to be Ronald McDonald's double. The girls there treat you like a dollar sign. Westside locations are not worth your money – I took my daughter to both the Cottonwood Mall location and the new Coors location (I couldn't find them listed here, but I wanted to warn people none the less) and was VERY disappointed both times. I brought pictures for the stylists at both salons and even told them what not to do, and both times the styles came out horrible! BEST MASSAGE EVER!!!!!!!!!! – I RECENTLY SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT FOR A MASSAGE AT THEIR WYOMING & PASEO SALON/SPA. THE LADY WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE SOUNDED PRETTY RUDE AND STUCK UP. Best Cut/Color I've ever had!! – I recently had my hair cut and colored at Mark Pardo. It was the BEST experience. The people were friendly, the service was exceptional, and I am getting compliments daily on my hair! After trying so many other places in town, and ending up so disappointed...there is no way I would go anywhere else again. Mark Pardo is a must-try!!!!
