Mark Ondras exceeded our expectations. Mark was referred to us by a tile professional and this was our first time using his service. Mark gave a quote to my husband on the phone. This is my first time using Mark Ombras but I guarantee it will not be the last. I was blown away by the professionalism exhibited Mr. Kevin as my talktative 5 year old went on and on about this and that. He patiently listened and I found myself saying, just go down the stairs because he won't stop talking. You have gained a customer for the life of our time on this house.
I have had Mark and members of his team to my home for several plumbing services, from snaking the main sewer line, fixing a slab leak, installation of a water heater, dishwasher, and water line for ice maker, just to name a few things. Always great work and customer service. Rates are very reasonable.
