After a 3 week nightmare with Homeserve and another plumbing company, Mark's guy resolved our issue in a couple of hours!
Simply the best. Wouldn't trust anyone else. He is fixing a slab leak right now, has done new hot water heater and lots of plumbing repairs.
A pipe in our garage burst during the big freeze. After our home warranty company (Landmark) completely dropped the ball about getting someone out to help us, after having our water shut off for nearly 24 hours, Mark got us fit in and Austin came out and made a thorough, and reasonably priced repair. This is the second or third time I’m using this company, and I’ve referred them countless times. I noticed a leak in my home earlier today and contacted the company around 6:45PM. The owner, Mark, reached back out to me around 8PM and said he could come tonight. He showed up, identified the leak, and solved the issue within the first 5-10 minutes he was here. These folks are the best!!! Quick response time, excellent service, professional, fast, and most reasonable prices! I have used Mark's guys at my home, my Dad's house, and my work. They've done everything from removing a coin from my disposal (embarrassed that I didn't know that was why it wasn't working!) to clearing up a major clog and repairing an ancient toilet. They've come out after hours and even on a Sunday! This is the plumbing company to call!
