Dr. Nelson is an amazing doctor who not only listens, he supports and helps you on your healing journey. He did surgery on my husband almost 12 years ago and he is still doing amazing. Dr. Nelson also diagnosed my son's back problem after one visit. We had been going to other doctors for 2 years trying to figure it out. I don't know why we didn't go to Dr.Nelaon first. Not only is Dr. Nelson easily the best neurosurgeon I have seen through my lower back pain ordeal, but he is the best doctor I have ever interacted with. He spent an abundance of time and thought to studying my atypical case history and has been proven to be correct in his recommendations to not do surgery, and allow time for my body to heal. Unquestionably, he thinks and makes recommendations only for his patient's well-being. Finally nice to see a doctor all-in in regards to the Hipporcatic Oath.
Doctor Mark Nelson is an amazing surgeon! I had been dealing with a herniated disc for a couple of years, and he was very thorough in weighing all of my options. He is not one to rush into surgery if it's not necessary, which I appreciated. He’s kind, compassionate, and has excellent bedside manner.
