they may be good installers but their repair and maintenance suck big time. Called them, they said they'd be in touch, all lies. Finally got my trusted handiman to replace a panel. Wasn't that big a deal.

Excellent company and great pricing. We had to remove some pool solar panels to replace a rooftop skylight. Roofer gave me 3 days notice and Mark Naylor Solar bent over backwards to send someone up on Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend to have the panels removed for the roofer. Thank you!

We had our system installed about 3 years ago, it has worked great and was by far the best price. We had a small leak in our valve, due to a bad gasket. After letting them know, they were out and had it fixed in under 4 hours. Great customer service and warranty peace of mind.

Did a pool solar install and every year it leaks. They will no longer stand by their work and their install even though I've had nothing but issues. Owner was dismissive and does not seem to care. I got a bad install and now stuck with it.

Great team that installed our pool solar here in Kensington. Was very careful not to break any roof tiles ! Prompt, careful and thorough. Everything looks great and was installed without issues, solar is configured nicely on our app and we can now enjoy our pool for the majority of the year. Thanks again!
