My review title should cover it all, from booking an appointment to leaving A feeling of confidence in all the staff plus of course Dr Dye.
Since I was potentially interested in replacing tooth w/implant I was referred to a Peridontist to remove tooth and pack area with jaw bone substitute. With Dr. Dye's recommendation, I was received by Peridontist immediately. Tooth removed, area packed and replacement strategy underway. Couldn't have asked for more immediate, professional care.
I loved my first visit with Mark N Dye! I was really nervous and a bit embarrassed because I hadn't had a cleaning and check up in about 3 years. However, as soon as I walked into the facility all of my ill feelings went away. The receptionist was really nice and welcoming. I didn't have to wait at all to be seen I just turned in my new patient forms, which I printed off and filled out at home, then I went straight to the back with Ms. Cindy the hygienist. Staff was very professional and nice
Very knowledgeable dentist and competent, friendly staff. Good at sending reminders about appointments by text, email, and/or phone... whatever you prefer. Don't have to wait long in the office before being seen. Have been going to Dr. Dye for many years and will continue. Have never had one problem or complaint.
My appointment was scheduled at 8:50. I arrived at 8:45, and there was no waiting! Cindy was my hygienist. She did a very through, professional job. Cindy was very pleasant, and had a nice personality. The office staff was also very nice. Cindy scheduled my next appointment for June on the computer in the room where I had my checkup. A very pleasant visit and the fact that Dr. Dye was so willing to work with me (because of my previous experience) and also to work with my busy travel schedule, gives him 5 stars in my opinion. Just from the short visit I had today, I was very impressed with him and his staff.
Dr dye is professional, gives excellent care, is personable and I have been 100% satisfied with all of his dentistry work!
