Just had a new patient consultation. A very pleasant experience. I call it "the Family Dye". I was treated like Family from the time I arrived. I had prepared all forms which helped. Dr. Dye was very professional, to the point, gave me the options and the costs. I am very happy that I joined the "Family Dye."
All the staff was excellent and kind there no way to say it but Dr. Dye and Staff are first Class!!!
Although Dr. Dye did not have a chance to work on me (yet), he quickly diagnosed the problem I was experiencing with my back molar. He had a prescription for an antibiotic called in to my local pharmacy and had his assistants set up an appointment with an endodontist to perform the necessary root canal. I was impressed with the cleanliness and organization of the office, the friendliness of the staff, and lastly that my time was not wasted sitting around waiting to be seen.
This was my first visit. Everyone was so very kind and most helpful. I couldn't say enough to thank them for the kindness and concern that had for me in a very trying time I was having.
